Thanksgiving Celebration

We celebrated Thanksgiving a few days early at the church with our great District on Monday Nov.25 because it was their Preparation Day. Since this was our first Thanksgiving here in Graz, it was so good to be with these fun Missionaries. We were all missing our families and it helped to be together.
All we had to do was buy the precooked chicken. These young missionaries fixed everything else and it was all very yummy. They even made 2 pies, apple and raspberry but we were too full to eat them until the next day at District meeting.
Elder Badders showed me how he folded our napkins. He said he learned it in a Home Ec. class in Jr. High. Isn't this great?!

Pretty snazzy napkins! Looks like it was a good Thanksgiving. Glad we got to have our mini Thanksgiving with you before you left, next year you will have to wow them by making some of your yams and apples, I LOVE THOSE!
